The basic ideology behind finding your peak performance hours is to track your energy and focus level. While you are at the peak of your performance, your focus tends to be at the peak as well. Hence, one can measure your existing focus ability and work on their skill accordingly.
One can find their peak performance hours by tracking a particular day, eliminating anything that could tamper with their energy (example – Caffeine), and start recording all the tasks that you are achieving in one hour. Lastly, organize all the data and see in which all hours did you find yourself to be most productive. You may track your performance for a couple of days for assurance.
